One Cartridge, not a box! : 6x47 Lapua by Peterson Precision Ammunition Company, may also be called 6x47mm Lapua (6mm or .243 caliber projectile by 47mm long case) loaded using new Peterson  brass cases with “PETERSON 6x47 LAPUA” Head Stamp with Peterson’s Insignia and a 107 grain Sierra Match King FMJ (Full Metal Jacket) projectile.

History of the 6x47 Lapua cartridge:
Not to be confused with the 6.5x47 Lapua introduced in 2009.
This cartridge is based on the 6.5x47 Lapua case, necked down to accept 6mm (.243 caliber) projectiles.
It, like most cartridges, started out as a wildcat, as the 6.5 Lapua was a necked down 7.62 NATO or(.308 Winchester) to accept 6.5mm (.264 Caliber) projectiles.
Introduced in 2020 as a production cartridge by Peterson Precision ammunition Company
