One Cartridge not a Box: 275 Rigby by Hornady U.S.A. NEW "Factory loaded" using new Hornady Brass cases with a HORNADY 275 RIGBY” Head-Stamp and loaded with a 140 grain Hornady JSP (Jacketed Soft Point) projectile. A fairly hard to find HeadStamp. Rimless.

History of the .19 HSM cartridge:
The cartridge was adopted by the John Rigby Company in 1907 as the 275 Bore Rigby Special, which is the British label orversion of the 7x57mm Mauser, other names are; 275 and 275 Bland (for Thomas Bland) but beware the loading may be different higher pressure, powder and projectiles then the 7x57mm Mauser.
Rigby’s original No. 1 rifle used 175-grain projectiles, and their  No. 2 and No. 3 rifles for the 140-grain projectiles, mostly for deer hunting.
This is the cartridge that made Walter D. M. Bell famous and like it or not, Mr. Bell was reported to have killed 1,000 elephants with this cartridge.

This is a good deer hunting cartridge, but for elephants? Not so much.
